Search request
- Tell us the location of your relative's burial as precisely as possible (the cemetery's name and location, the place number). If you do not remember all these details exactly, give us an approximate location — our staff will find the burial place even from very approximate information;
- This burial place will be added to the Pomnim project's electronic database with its exact location, and the burial will be assigned a unique ID number;
- An assessment will be carried out with recommendations on the reconstruction and improvement of the burial place. Photos of the burial place will be taken so that you can remotely evaluate the condition of the monument or cross, the fence and the plot, and order the necessary work to improve and care for the burial place, for example:
- Applying a portrait and engraving text on the installed monument
- Making and installing a new medallion or plate made of stainless steel or granite
- Renewing the engraved text on the monument
- Painting a metal fence or cleaning a granite fence, cleaning the grounds, placing a candle, laying flowers
- Repairing the monument and fence, laying tiles and installing curbs
- Cleaning the grave and the gravestone monument (crypt)
- In total, we offer more than 50 types of work for the improvement and care of burial places.
- Once the work is finished, you will receive a full photo report of the work done.

Processing the request
We receive the request and start the search; you get a message that the work has begun.
Adding to the database
Based on the search results, we add the collected data to our database.
List of recommendations
We send you a list of recommendations for taking care of the burial.
